Ingredients

2 slices Rye bread, toasted
1/4 cup sauerkraut
1/4 cup sweet onion, cut into rings
2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
5 slices cooked corned beef or deli sliced corned beef
2 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:

Cover toasted rye with sauerkraut, onion, Thousand Island dressing, meat and cheese. Place under broiler for just enough time to melt the cheese and serve immediately.

Please note that some ingredients and brands may not be available in every store.
